O, Cassini!

If you tried at once and everwise you would not succeed But for the rings of Saturn a-glisten she sang of such great deeds.

If you tried at once and everwise you would not succeed
But for the rings of Saturn a-glisten she sang of such great deeds.

O she shone, she witnessed in vacuum awe
Of the darkness beset 'gainst our Mother's reflecting maw.

Encircling down, pulling fast, the god of Rome so could see
An eye of Earth, of studied sight, the wizened one, Cassini.
